Bachelor’s degree in theological/biblical studies, required MA from a seminary, preferred 3 years of experience in a large student ministry Mature Fun Relational Passionate
Application Requirements:
Partner with the Family Ministry Pastor to develop the direction and initiatives of the High School Ministry.
Provide primary leadership in High School Ministry for weekly gatherings including working with the Student Ministry Worship Lead, planning messages, small group discussion questions, and other programming elements.

Plan and coordinate a yearly calendar of events with the other student pastors, including Hume Lake Summer Camp, a summer boating trip, a winter Disneyland trip, and other events designed to be an outreach for students.
